Job Description Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a diverse ecosystem of SaaS vendors and technological partners integrated with VusionGroup solutions. Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration programs fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions in retail. Own partnerships end-to-end, including developing terms, executing partnership agreements, onboarding new partners and owning partner success. Coordinate and communicate with alliance partners and internal teams on three key pillars: Sales: Collaborate on joint opportunities, monitor the sales pipeline, and organize Quarterly Business Reviews with partners. Enablement / GoToMarket: Develop sales enablement resources, set up partner showrooms and labs, and participate to global events. Product: Benchmark and review partner integrations opportunities to guide product strategy and roadmap decisions. Use PowerBI and AI automation to monitor and deliver reports and KPI dashboards globally. Organize, lead and participate in group discussions and internal meetings to align strategies and objectives with ISV partners. Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams to guarantee the success of projects and initiatives. Qualifications Experience in customer or partner facing roles Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills Excellent customer and partner success communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Project management and coordination skills Experience and / or interest in new technologies and tech in general Background in a tech or startup environment is a plus Background in Engineering and Computer Science is a plus Background in retail is a plus Additional Information Percentage of Travel: Up to 30% globally
