YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience;
  • Professional HR certification, an asset;
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Available to travel occasionally;
  • Experience in working with Canadian and US employment standards.
