Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Partner IS&T – People Domain provides is a key role in orchestration, strategy alignment, and value management. As a key member of the Domain Leadership team you will maximise value by partnering with other Domain Leadership team members and working with product, platform and project teams.
As our preferred applicant, you will optimise domain product/services lines and orchestrate key events like quarterly business reviews and showcases ensuring to ensure technology investments align with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the business relationship between business leaders and IS&T, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives, product/services with business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of business priorities, market trends, and competitive challenges.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, promoting trust and collaboration.
  • Advocate for business needs within IT, ensuring digital initiatives support operational efficiency and aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Accountable for domain’s digital roadmap and alignment with business objectives.
  • Accountable for domain’s performance (cost and quality).
  • Partner with Product / Platform / Project Managers to translate business needs into technology solutions and ensure appropriate prioritisation.
  • Assist in defining business cases for IT investments, evaluating potential ROI and strategic impact.
  • Orchestration of domain ceremonies such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) / Showcases
  • Drive technology adoption and business value realisation, ensuring IT solutions deliver measurable outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication - skilled in influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, crafting clear communication strategies, and leading organizational change.
  • Business Acumen - strong commercial insight and decision-making skills, ensuring IT initiatives drive business value.
  • Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and Lean Portfolio Management to manage the domain portfolio effectively.
  • Experience in developing Technology Roadmaps.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT business partnering, domain/product management, digital transformation and customer success.
