Roles & Responsibilities

• Advanced budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Project controlling, cost control, earned / milestone-based financial tracking and forecast-to-complete disciplines.
• CAPEX and OPEX analysis, project capitalization concepts, accrual accounting and cost classification.
• Business case review, financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, sensitivity analysis and investment appraisal.
• Commercial and procurement finance, including pricing structures, tender evaluation, payment terms, contingency, contract variations and value-for-money assessment.
• Variance analysis, management reporting and executive-level performance insights.
• Financial governance, internal controls, audit trail and Delegation of Authority concepts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ability to work efficiently with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with ERP, EPM / planning and reporting tools; Power BI or equivalent analytics capability is highly desirable.
• Ability to connect operational, project and commercial data to financial outcomes rather than relying solely on ledger-based reporting.
