This role plays a critical part in leading service delivery, performance and growth outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on participant experience, quality and compliance. About this role: As a Business Partner, you will work with the Operational Leadership team to; Lead and support multidisciplinary teams delivering NDIS services Balance operational leadership with commercial, quality and people outcomes Partner closely with senior leaders to drive service performance and growth Champion a participant‑centred, values‑led approach across all operations Some of the key deliverables will be; Leadership & Workforce Lead, coach and develop clinical teams Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities Mentor Team Leaders to achieve service and performance KPIs Foster a high‑performance, inclusive and engaged team culture Service Delivery & Operational Excellence Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational standards and participant needs Drive a strong participant‑centric focus and service excellence Partner with senior leaders to resolve complex operational or service issues Financial & Business Performance Contribute to budget preparation and financial planning Monitor financial performance and deliver against operational targets Support sustainable growth and efficient service delivery Relationships & Growth Build and maintain strong referral and stakeholder relationships Identify and support new business and growth opportunities Represent Ability Action Australia at networking events and industry forums Quality, Risk & Compliance Ensure alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS) Monitor risks, compliance obligations and mandatory requirements Support continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge‑sharing This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have proven results leading and supporting teams who want to further grow their operational career path.
