Responsibilities

THE ROLE

People & Culture (P&C) provide an integral function within the College as specialist advisors and enablers of strategies and initiatives to create high levels of employee engagement and performance. The key deliverables for the role are partnering with the business to drive P & C initiatives and support the business in performance management, remuneration, employee relations, WHS and all generalist activities. The role is a true generalist with an operational focus but will have a strong transformational change aspect.
The RACP is currently working on some exciting initiatives to increase employee engagement and improve workplace culture. This role will be key in supporting these initiatives.
