Responsibilities
  • Supervises staff involved in providing program services and activities to stakeholders. Manages the day-to-day activities, sets priorities and target timelines and maintains the work load.
  • Provides leadership, advice and operational guidance to management, staff and stakeholders.
  • Develops and implements components of the Program, including plans, priorities and goals and oversees the implementation of changes to processes administered by staff.
  • Conducts reviews of service delivery trends and performance and conducts analysis and environmental scans to develop strategies, process improvements and operational best practices.
  • Manages the introduction and implementation of new approaches to service delivery resulting from modernization initiatives.
  • Develops, implements, updates and reports on program delivery policies, frameworks, standards and process improvement, including risk assessment and quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Develops statistical and other reports on service delivery.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with clients and stakehorders.
