Job Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-impact partnership initiatives that support the growth of our brands and business globally. On this senior position you will own partnerships end-to-end: from identifying and shaping opportunities, through negotiations and execution, to long-term relationship management and performance evaluation. You will also play a key role in co-defining our partnerships & franchise strategy and ensuring alignment with other internal teams and overall company goals. This individual contributor role will have a particular focus on gaming IP/brands collaborations in areas such as crossover integrations, board/tabletop games and publishing partnerships, while remaining flexible across a broad range of collaboration opportunities. (This job requires working from a Warsaw studio). Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate and lead high-value partnership opportunities that drive brand growth, audience reach and commercial impact. Own partnership initiatives end-to-end: including sourcing, pitching, structuring deals, negotiating terms, execution and post-launch evaluation. Actively shape the Business Partnerships strategy, identifying priority areas, industries and opportunities to pursue. Build and manage relationships with external partners across various industries/categories. Lead complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and delivery across internal stakeholders (Franchise, Marketing, PR, Legal, Development, Controlling). Drive internal decision-making by preparing business cases, partnership concepts and recommendations for the stakeholders. Oversee negotiation and execution of agreements in close collaboration with Legal department. Monitor and optimize partnership performance, using data and insights to improve outcomes and inform future strategy. Manage financial aspects of partnerships, including commercial terms, revenue tracking, and budget considerations. Qualifications Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development, licensing/brand partnerships or a related commercial role. Experience in gaming IP/brands collaborations will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of leading complex partnerships end-to-end. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities. Excellent negotiation & communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess partnership value and impact. Experience in building and managing long-term partner relationships. High level of ownership, accountability and proactive mindset. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Miro, or Jira. Strong interest in gaming, entertainment and pop culture industries. Fluency in both Polish and English. Additional Information Work mode: office-first — at least 4 days per week from Warsaw office.
