Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Business Performance Finance Analyst located in Duo Tower, Singapore through 16 October 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT). Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Drive and coordinate supply chain, operations, and manufacturing process improvements across the International Fuels and Lubricants supply network. Employ Statistical Process Control methods and Lean/Six Sigma methodology to achieve quantifiable improvement in processes related to material flow, manufacturing, and distribution with the goal of reducing material waste, reducing operating costs, non-value added waiting time and flush oils while improving product quality and customer service, and reducing risks of injuries and spills. Replicate and standardize process improvements across plant and distribution operations, and support development of an organizational capability and MSP to sustain process change. Manage Best Practice sharing and standardized tools and sharepoint site. Serve as change agent in institutionalizing Lean manufacturing concepts and methodology. Act as Champion and SME resource. Coordinate with other Chevron business units to develop Organizational Capability. Ensure competitive financial goals are factored into business plan. Track initiatives and update performance trajectories. Assess and report on plan vs performance vs outlook using Value Tracking system Support and follow up with Initiative Owners, Milestone Owners and Workstream Leads on data entry and CP hopper hygiene. Ensure accurate data entry in CP Hopper tool, including value, L-gates, milestone status, etc for all initiatives. Support Delivery Leads on governance structure, cadences in asset report-out, consistent use of dashboards in engagements, validate initiative impact at select L-gates, etc. Train team members on CP Hopper tool use and data entry Required Qualifications: Six Sigma/Black Belt Certification and Statistical Process Control skill set are an advantage Process engineering background and/or familiar with operations at fuels terminals and lubricants blending plant Fluent in financial accounting concepts and strong analytical skills Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders. Experience using tools such as MS Office, MS Power BI and Power Apps to solve business problems. Meticulous, highly reliable, and motivated team player with good follow through and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadline Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
