Role Summary Own business performance tracking, analytics, and insight generation to drive growth decisions and execution (not a sales/quota role). Be open to working with AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of analysis and execution. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, transform, and analyze large business datasets for performance tracking, opportunity/problem detection, customer characteristics, and portfolio analysis. Define and maintain KPI frameworks (metric definitions, data sources, cadence) and ensure data quality/consistency. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and light automations using SQL, Excel, and internal tools. Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation (with strong data privacy and accuracy discipline). Produce actionable insights and recommendations to support growth strategies and leadership decision-making. Evaluate business processes end-to-end, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions. Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies with measurable outcomes. Explore new business opportunities (new products/services and new locations), including market and internal performance signals. Conduct diligence for new initiatives (assumptions, sizing, unit economics/ROI logic, risks, resource needs, success metrics). Plan, launch, and manage new products/projects within timeline; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to achieve business plans. Manage cross-functional projects: develop project plans, align stakeholders, track milestones/deliverables, and ensure timely completion. Communicate insights, plans, and progress clearly to cross-functional teams and management. Perform other duties as assigned by reporting line. Strong analytical thinking with ability to turn data into clear business actions. Comfortable working with large datasets; strong Excel skills; SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to become proficient quickly). Open-minded and practical about using AI tools (e.g., for analysis support, drafting, automation) while maintaining quality control. Experience building dashboards/reports and maintaining a performance tracking cadence. Solid project management skills (scope, timeline, stakeholders, risk management, delivery). Strong communication skills: can explain numbers, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. High ownership, structured problem-solving, and ability to operate cross-functionally. Nice to Have Experience in commercial analytics, revenue strategy, growth strategy, or business operations. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker/Power BI/Tableau) and workflow automation. Experience launching new products/services or opening new locations (from diligence to execution).
