Are you passionate about leveraging data to create real-world impact? Our Gas Services Contract Team is seeking a Business Performance Lead to connect operational delivery with strategic decision-making across our gas contracts. Based in Derrimut , you will blend analytical expertise with a collaborative approach to implement improvement initiatives that generate long-term value for clients, communities, and our teams.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse client needs and internal ideas to build evidence-backed business cases.
  • Lead process improvement projects across asset management, field operations, and commercial performance.
  • Deliver insights through KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders, field teams, and clients to align outcomes and drive efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of Zero Harm across all activities.
