We’re on the hunt for a Business Performance Lead to join our international team, working across our global portfolio. Are you passionate about turning client expectations into structured, high-performing operational models that drive efficiency and protect margin? As a Business Performance Lead, you will design and optimise campaign performance frameworks, connect operational inputs to client KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology to enable scalable, sustainable delivery. If you have the following: 7–10+ years’ experience in performance-led environments (BPO, financial services, shared services or similar) Strong analytical and modelling capability with experience using BI tools Proven experience building performance frameworks or optimisation initiatives Experience working cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Data and Technology teams We’d love to hear from you!
