About the role – Business Performance Manager – Laser Do you want to shape the future of New Zealand’s trades network? Analysis and Insights – Our BPMs provide insight and support to Members, enabling continuous improvement and growth. Coaching and collaboration – Our BPMs have a depth of relationship that enables coaching and courageous conversations across the wider industry, including Members, suppliers and industry groups / bodies. Leadership and Business Intelligence: Our BPMs are confident brand ambassadors for Laser Group and our Members with business acumen to walk the talk. Location: Wellington and regional Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday What we’re looking for We’re after an energetic, solutions focused professional ready to support and grow a network of successful trades businesses. Bring your strong commercial skills, knack for building relationships, coaching acumen and eye for opportunity Sound business track record, developed via a combination of study and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in field management or client service environments. Excellent business skills and able to analyse data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional critical thinking skills, capable of making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. Ability to develop relationships and partner with others, identify/anticipate needs and proactively provide support. Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills. Solution focused, responsive, able to demonstrate initiative. Proficient at using and learning new technology, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, SimPRO and Google Workspace. Knowledge and application in marketing, business planning and trade operation, including financial analysis. A current full NZ driver's license and complete, unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
