What this role looks like.
Analysing and interpreting KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and identify areas for performance improvement
Building, maintaining and proactively enhancing dashboards and reports to ensure that the reporting tools meet stakeholder needs and evolving business goals
Supporting the lead Product Owner with Scrum-based development activities and stakeholder management
Preparing and presenting content for product discovery meetings as well as actively contributing to business discussions
Building and maintaining improvement plans that include problem statements, target situations and clear benefit articulation
Supporting the alignment of offline communication strategies and interdepartmental processes across global teams
Following up with various stakeholder groups in a professional and timely manner to ensure task completion and accountability
Exploring and proposing new reporting opportunities and improvements based on business and stakeholder feedback Your Profile
What you bring with you.
University degree or completed apprenticeship in business administration, data analytics, economics or a related field
Preferably one to three years’ professional experience in an SAP-driven organisation
Hands-on experience in a tech-driven environment, ideally within a management consulting firm or a corporate setting
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for various stakeholders
Proven ability to structure and organise information to suit the needs of dynamic, multi-stakeholder and international environments
Initiative, proactive mindset and experience in tackling new or unfamiliar business areas
Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional and multicultural teams
Ability to communicate fluently on a professional level in both German and English
Desirable extras.
Interest in or experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, Tableau, Confluence or SAP platforms
Experience working within a global organisation with multiple stakeholders based in different countries Your Benefits
