Job Description Key Responsibilities Global Finance Solutions & Process Partnering Act as an SME for BP&A planning and reporting processes, with focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems. Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization, simplification, and system enhancements. Participate in global and regional process forums to share best practices and improve operational performance. Regional BP&A & Stakeholder Support Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Deliver standard and ad‑hoc reports and analysis aligned with global standards and good practices. Support planning models, key drivers, and financial assumptions across business units and regions. Vendor Management, SLA & Governance Drive operational performance through effective vendor (Genpact) partnership. Coordinate weekly and monthly SLA meetings and ensure accurate, balanced SLA reporting. Manage issues and escalations across stakeholders, escalating when required. Continuous Improvement & Transformation Support process simplification, automation, and efficiency initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement projects involving cross‑functional and regional stakeholders. Promote a continuous improvement mindset across finance processes and systems. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. 3+ years of relevant FP&A / BP&A or Accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment. Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage. Technical & Professional Skills Strong working knowledge of SAP BPC; exposure to SAP ECC and/or Power BI preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical and communication skills. Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced global environment. Why Join Us?
