Chevron is accepting online applications for the Business Planning and Performance Analyst located in Duo Tower, Singapore through 31st October 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT). Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Supports Finance, Planning, and Performance for the International Fuels & Lubricants business by delivering insights for Leadership teams, ensuring accurate reporting, and strong financial controls. Standardize reports/dashboards used in Monthly Business Reviews for Leadership Teams. Work with Regional team to integrate in business performance reports. Track Key Leading Indicator Performance for the country and highlight opportunities. Maintain data integrity of applicable planning systems and take charge of account planning for the country. Support Regional team and Finance to drive Business Planning and to reflect potential and recommend changes for actual performance versus plan targets. Support business forecasting, benchmarking and other business support activities. Provide decision support on country initiatives. Aids Performance Delivery Lead with ideation, business cases, and CP data accuracy. Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize outcomes. Supports asset decisions across the lifecycle through economic analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization to maximize value and align stakeholders. The responsibilities of this position will encompass duties at both the Duo Tower and Penjuru office locations. Required Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent. Between 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in systems e.g. SAP, SFDC preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, ability to align & influence key stakeholders. Meticulous, highly reliable, and motivated team player with good follow through and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines. Team player with strong drive for continuous improvement and results. Business acumen, with the ability to shape measurement of key performance drivers. Preferred experience in leveraging the Microsoft 365 productivity suite—including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate—to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency through intelligent automation. Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
