What you’ll do You will be responsible for delivering clear and accurate reports on productivity, budget and overall performance. The role involves translating complex data into actionable insights that effectively support business decisionmaking, while ensuring that findings are presented and communicated in a structured and impactful way to stakeholders across all levels of the organization More specifically you will: Create & update dashboards and highlight main insights Suggest improvements for existing reports and propose new requirements Conduct proactive and reactive analysis Compile MTD productivity report vs. targets Create presentations for all levels Gather requirements from the stakeholders for the implementation of new reports Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, or MBA) is a plus but not required. Proven analytical expertise with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Skilled in managing complex projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals Problem solving: Ability to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem Good Knowledge of Data Looker, Big query, Data forms, SQL Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of Python would be a plus Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language Not a perfect fit?
