Location: Bucharest, hybrid work Contract: determined, 3 months, possible extension, CIM or B2B Job Summary Our Networking organization builds intelligent spaces and digital workspaces, delivering next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise. We focus on campus, branch, mobility and IoT solutions to help customers modernize networks through AI, compute, context, control and secure connectivity. The Business Planning Manager defines, manages and evaluates business planning activities to ensure operational execution against strategic objectives across the EMEAL region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven plans, design implementation tactics, set performance metrics, and translate planning into measurable financial outcomes. Tasks Serve as a business partner to the Networking Sales organization, supporting regional leadership and field sales. Lead and coordinate integration activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Perform complex data and commercial analyses to inform business planning; produce clear recommendations and insights. Support sales compensation, quota-setting and quota deployment processes in alignment with business strategy. Own/coordinate governance processes such as sales forecasting, demand planning and pipeline management. Research internal and external market data to identify relevant competitors, partners and opportunities for strategic planning. Design and implement operational processes and best practices that enable sales strategy execution. Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration. Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside the Networking business unit. Act as the operational interface to other functions as required by business priorities. Requirements 4–6 years’ experience in an operational, business or finance analyst role (ideally within a large multinational or competitive technology environment). Strong commercial awareness and experience working with cross-functional teams. Business-minded, action-oriented and results driven — takes ownership and delivers on commitments. Professional maturity, intellectual curiosity, and a positive, accountable approach. Project management experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action while collaborating to achieve optimal outcomes. Strong analytical capability, comfortable applying new techniques to solve business problems. Advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling; experience with Access or statistical analysis tools is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, advanced Excel); interest in AI tools is an advantage. Experience with Power BI, automation, Salesforce.com and Anaplan is beneficial. Fluent English is essential; additional EMEAL languages are advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and stakeholder management.
