Description

Use of technology is critical to this role, in order to drive efficiencies in processes that support resource assignments for capacity planning, resource utilization and project forecasting. This role entails having five or more years of experience with third-party subcontracting, vendor management, resource onboarding and resource project staffing. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with resource management, supply & demand planning, third-party subcontracting and resource onboarding. * Experience in Resource Management and using resource scheduling tools. * MS Office product experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) required. * Experience of people management is preferred. * 5+ years of relevant work experience. Skills Required: * Attention to detail and ability to summarize for the intended audience. * Must have diplomacy, be policy-driven, capable of handling sensitive financial information, and able to conduct business with the highest levels of ethics and personal integrity. * Ability to prioritize, respond to competing internal/external customer needs in expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligent and customer service oriented. * Experience working in a remote, non-office environment is beneficial.
