About the role This newly created position will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the ongoing effectiveness of DroneShield’s newly implemented ERP and CRM systems (Oracle/Salesforce). As DroneShield continues to expand rapidly, this role is critical in ensuring that our business platforms and processes keep pace with our growth. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the company and its global operations to ensure that systems and tools are supporting sales, financial, and manufacturing business processes worldwide. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Developing platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into scalable system capabilities Managing vendor relationships and overseeing platform implementation and enhancement projects Coordinating with internal teams to ensure systems enable efficient operational and financial processes Driving change management initiatives and supporting user adoption through training and documentation Ensuring platform compliance with governance, security, and data standards Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement Qualifications, Experience and Skills Essential 3–5 years working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar) Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing vendors and external consultants Proven ability to deliver platform roadmaps and enhancements Understanding of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes Technical fluency to collaborate with IT and Compliance teams Desirable Experience in high-growth or manufacturing environments Familiarity with defence or regulated industries Note for recruitment agencies: We do not accept unsolicited candidates from external recruiters unless specifically instructed.
