A High-School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in business process administration (preferably within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology) Experience using an ERP system (preferably SAP) PC literacy in basic office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.) Proficiency in MS Excel Medical device/regulated industry experience. Familiarity with Post Market, Field Action (Recall) and Quality System processes. Strong communication, data management and organizational skills. Able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple high-priority tasks while still maintaining high quality of work. Proactive work habits and assertiveness in managing administrative tasks.
