Description
DCY is looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Business Process Analyst 2 to support the delivery of high‑quality technology solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with business partners, technical teams, and end users to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure solutions meet business needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, facilitating communication, and improving processes across teams. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze information from stakeholders, business owners, customers, and leadership to support IT solution development. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling, environment readiness, stakeholder engagement, and issue tracking. Develop and maintain UAT test scripts, scenarios, and supporting documentation. Facilitate feedback sessions with end users to evaluate usability, functionality, and overall experience. Document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable work items for technical teams. Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and documentation to support testing and implementation. Validate final solutions against requirements and user expectations. Facilitate user groups, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements based on UAT outcomes. Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, end users, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre‑ and post‑implementation activities, including training, documentation updates, and user support. Assist with risk and change management activities related to processes and system updates. Contribute to project planning, meeting facilitation, and requirements‑gathering efforts. Research emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement. Provide guidance and informal mentoring to peers and junior staff. Pay Information: Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be step 1 of the salary range associated with this position. New hires advance to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Based on collective bargaining and legislative activity, there may be cost of living increases awarded annually. Additional longevity supplements begin after 5 years. The current wage progression for this position is in the table below.
