As a CDW Business Analyst, we’ll look to you to lead business and functional requirements gathering activities, financial and systems analysis, and business solution design/business process optimization efforts across the CDW Canada organization in support of the Business Transformation Team. This key role will see you owning, leading, and managing all aspects of business transformation projects from inception to completion. Leveraging strong relationships with business owners and other members of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to clarify, prioritize and validate project requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze business problems quickly and work with the project team to determine the root cause and provide solution alternatives.
- Assess existing business processes, people, and technology to identify common patterns across functions.
- Derive a detailed understanding of the stated business problem and objectives and work with the Business Owners across the various initiatives toward identifying resolution.
- Plan and facilitate requirements gathering utilizing focus sessions, one-on-one interviews, and job shadowing.
- Collaborate with other departments, Business Transformation team members, and act as a conduit for all cross-functional collaboration & knowledge management.
- Perform quantitative & qualitative analyses to help justify the investment necessary to deliver solutions.
- Provide creative thinking and new ideas to resolve existing problems and possess structured thinking to evaluate solution options.
