Meet the team: Our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Team is leading the charge in transforming how we work and deliver value across the organization. OpEx leads global and regional transformation initiatives, including driving continuous improvement, Lean management, citizen development, and process development programs that streamline operations, empower employees, and deliver sustainable, measurable impact aligned with strategic business goals. Where you come in: You will support Sr. Business Process Analysts and Lead Business Process Analysts in Process Improvement Initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality across departments. You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. You will support OpEx Team by helping to prepare training materials related to continuous improvement and operational management methodologies. You will develop and roll out standardized procedures and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability. You will participate in the projects and initiatives impacting GBS Dexcom colleagues. You will provide expertise and guidance on process management and development, operational management and technology implementation What makes you successful: You have at least 1 year of experience using Lean, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar practices. You have proven experience with data analysis and process mapping. You have proven experience in Power Automate Platform use You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as multiple deliverables. You have an analytical mindset and are skilled at problem-solving using PDCA, DMAIC, etc. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, making complex concepts easy to understand.
