SUMMARY:
Messagepoint is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Analyst (Contract to Hire) to join our Healthcare Solutions team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Messagepoint’s platform to implement CMS marketing materials and support healthcare clients in optimizing their processes. Your work will directly impact the delivery of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid solutions, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while contributing to the enhancement of our innovative software platform.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Knowledge:
o Proficiency in programming logic.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including excel formulas).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-facing language.
