SUMMARY:

Messagepoint is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Analyst (Contract to Hire) to join our Healthcare Solutions team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Messagepoint’s platform to implement CMS marketing materials and support healthcare clients in optimizing their processes. Your work will directly impact the delivery of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid solutions, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while contributing to the enhancement of our innovative software platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business process analysis or healthcare solutions implementation.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    o Proficiency in programming logic.

    o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including excel formulas).

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-facing language.

  • Collaboration: Strong team player with experience working across diverse teams.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and solves problems using rigorous logic, a systematic approach, and creative solutions.
  • Implementation Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities or projects effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design effective solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • In-depth understanding of Medicare Advantage/Medicaid regulations and requirements is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in writing business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Strong understanding of project management.
  • Experience with Messagepoint
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to define and implement Messagepoint applications for CMS marketing materials, including the Touchpoint Exchange.
  • Lead the integration of Medicare Advantage/Medicaid content into the Messagepoint platform, ensuring efficient processes for annual and custom updates.
  • Provide ongoing product support and proactive communication to clients, addressing their needs and optimizing their experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Messagepoint platform, with a strong focus on its application in the Medicare Advantage/Medicaid space.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Services, to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare solutions, offering insights to refine the Messagepoint platform and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Regression Testing to ensure 100% accuracy of the marketing material documents.
