  • Experience in the lottery gaming industry.
  • Active certifications such as PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, PMP, or ITIL.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience with JIRA for project tracking and change management.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and ISO20001 standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Confident meeting facilitator with experience creating agendas and leading discussions.
  • Comfortable communicating with customer leadership and supporting critical activities outside standard business hours
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer visits, including scheduling, agenda creation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support project managers in executing project activities.
  • Identify and implement financial and operational process improvements.
  • Serve as Project Coordinator or Deputy Project Manager as needed—leading meetings, tracking action items, and driving follow-ups.
  • Support ISO documentation reviews and updates.
  • Interview end users to gather requirements and assist in developing solution alternatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Execute assigned portions of project plans and support system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Work effectively across multicultural teams and time zones.
  • Be onsite at least 50% of the time (subject to change based on business needs).
