Your work will directly enhance how we support our community by: * Analyzing & Designing: Leading "as-is" analysis and designing "to-be" processes using BPMN standards to align with our strategic goals. * Driving Innovation: Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of operational excellence and sustainable change. * Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to ensure technical solutions meet real-world business needs. * Measuring Success: Defining and monitoring KPIs to track the tangible impact of your process improvements. * Empowering Others: Developing training materials and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.   Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE * Experience: At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role. * Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * Technical Savvy: High proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and a solid understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall). * Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans. * Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. * Preferred Certifications: CBAP, Lean, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are highly valued.   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY MOSAIC?
