Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE * Experience: At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role. * Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * Technical Savvy: High proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and a solid understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall). * Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans. * Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. * Preferred Certifications: CBAP, Lean, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are highly valued. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY MOSAIC?
