Your work will directly enhance how we support our community by: * Analyzing & Designing: Leading "as-is" analysis of current workflows and designing efficient "to-be" processes to align with our strategic goals. * Driving Operational Excellence: Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable change. * Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure operational workflows meet real-world business needs. * Measuring Success: Defining and monitoring KPIs to track the tangible impact of your process improvements. * Empowering Others: Developing training materials and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new, optimized processes. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE * Experience: At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role. * Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. * Process Mapping Tool Skills: High proficiency in visual process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. * Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear, actionable plans. * Communication & Collaboration: Superior verbal and written skills, with a proven track record of facilitating workshops and building consensus among diverse stakeholders. * Collaborative Bonus: While this is an operations-focused role, a baseline familiarity with project management styles (Agile/Waterfall) or collaborating alongside technical teams is a wonderful plus. * Preferred Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CBAP certifications are highly valued.
