JOB OVERVIEW
The Business Process Analyst leads process improvement efforts at MDHS as part of the agency’s commitment to moving toward excellence. This individual works with division leaders to identify processes in need of improvement and develop innovative strategies to solve problems, enhance workflows, and implement tracking and monitoring systems that allow the agency to better manage its work. The Business Process Analyst is a hands-on solution developer, adept at leading teams, building collaborative relationships, and delivering results. QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in project management and or change management
· Demonstrated experience designing and implementing major process improvements
· Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Expertise in a wide range of data analysis and management tools including Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint, PowerBI, and/or Jira, etc.
· Aptitude to learn new tools, curious mindset, and exceptional attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to identify and execute on improvement opportunities
· Highly developed interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
· Excellent communication skills across multiple channels including data visualization, verbal communication, and written communication
· Ability to organize and make sense of information from a variety of sources
· Self-directed and tenacious
· Dissatisfaction with the status quo
· Ability to set and meet clear and meaningful goals

Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
