JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a self-motivated Business Process Analyst who thrives on improving efficiency, solving complex problems, and delivering enterprise-level impact. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to analyze, define, and enable end-to-end business processes through next-generation enterprise applications supporting daily operations within our Less Than Truckload (LTL) Transportation Division. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop an in-depth understanding of LTL carrier operations and associated enterprise systems * Analyze current-state processes and define future-state (“to-be”) business processes * Translate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user stories * Collaborate closely with software development teams throughout the solution lifecycle * Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and outcomes * Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements * Experience crafting user stories, managing backlogs, and documenting process flows * Experience developing business cases for IT initiatives * Experience working with software engineering methodologies * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills * Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments * Experience within the LTL or logistics industry * Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for productivity improvements
