Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support our NORAD/NITES program. This is an onsite position in Colorado Springs with an active Secret clearance as a requirement. Responsibilities: Regularly review N&NC services and infrastructure to identify economical ways to service provision and suggest CSI initiatives based on the review results. Evaluate N&NC processes at all levels regularly, identify areas not meeting performance objectives and track audits of processes. Define CSI initiatives aimed at correcting deficiencies and improving services and processes based on service and process reviews. Monitor and document lessons learned and changes within CSI initiatives Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements. Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics. Conduct analysis of business processes: current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and other related tasks. Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning. Interfaces with all areas of project including customer, computer services, and client services. Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance. Work directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines. Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. Perform cost and benefit analysis. Bachelors and 2 years or more experience; Masters and 0 years or more experience; or experience in lieu of degree. Active Secret clearance Expertise in ITIL framework, problem management, incident management, and process improvement. Leadership skills in team management and cross-functional coordination. Proficient in network security, information security, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001. Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL® Foundations.
Responsibilities
