  • Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
  • Awareness of transactional processes in any of these areas
  • Source to Value, Order to Cash, HRS, Accounts to Report, Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing, Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Reporting, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Internal Controls

SOFT SKILLS

  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • Strong analytical skills focusing on details and accuracy
  • Precision and delivery orientation, ability to work individually
  • Ability to work across processes, geographies, nationalities and cultures
  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • High level of details, aiming for accuracy and sustainability

EDUCATION

  • Professional or academic qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field
Responsibilities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE TASKS

  • Project - support Business Process workshops with stakeholders
  • Report status of ongoing initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Present progress reports and integrating feedback of governance meetings & PI initiations
  • Collaborate closely with peer Business Process management, Automation and Technology teams & Process Owners and/or external vendors to ensure that all improvement projects are delivered in a timely manner
