Our work depends on a Business Process Analyst Senior joining our Intelligent Automation & Applications Team to help coordinate the design, development, and delivery of our enterprise process automation and business reporting solution platform, Prism. The Business Process Analyst Senior will play a key role in integrating relationships between individual business units and overall corporate objectives to ensure Prism succeeds in meeting our organizational goals across the board. HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Contributes to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of your team Collects information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports Produces reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly) Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs Provides data analytics and key insights Collects detailed project requirements; anticipate technical needs; collaborate with developers to create future state automated workflows Highlights and defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED ● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree ● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience ● Required Technical Skills: Experience with dashboards and reporting in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office Experience creating detailed, keystroke-level documentation for end users ● Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with Agile methodology and practices Initiative to develop, run, and present project reports Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time. The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
