What you do: You will exhibit intermediate level of expertise in performing a specialized job, function or skill within an assigned area. You will assist with change projects by determining and implementing business rules, procedures, user acceptance test script writing and execution and business readiness (SOPs, training, communication). Be a process consultant to improve BAU process, customer or producer experience and offshore optimization opportunities. You will collaborate on opportunities to enhance service or processes (across departments), coordinate internal department, and change plans including mentorship of team members. Participate in change projects representing the business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise Oversee the execution of business processes assuring accuracy of business rules, controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and reporting Resolve business issues relating to business rule execution and accountable for quality of business rules and controls Accountable for change acceptance through active participation in user acceptance test case development, product validation, and business readiness Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance What you bring: 2 or more years experience required: relevant technical or business experience Four year degree or equivalent work experience You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship. Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $84,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.
