• Conduct a thorough review of existing workflows related to structured products.
• Map out the current processes to understand interactions and dependencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the current workflow.
• Analyse the efficiency of current procedures and propose strategic enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on workflow challenges.
• Develop criteria for measuring workflow effectiveness and performance benchmarks.
• Assess which elements of the workflow can be streamlined through automation.
• Partner with IT and automation teams to design and implement automated solutions.
• Create redesigned workflows that incorporate identified improvements and automation features.
• Ensure that the new workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
