About the Role We're looking for a Business Process Analyst who is passionate about process improvement, AI and automation. You'll work within a high-performing team of data science and automation specialists to analyse, design and deliver innovative technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence how work is performed across the organisation while driving tangible business outcomes. What You'll Do * Lead AI and automation initiatives from discovery through to implementation, working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes * Analyse business processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and improved customer experiences * Gather and document requirements using a range of business analysis techniques, including workshops, interviews and process reviews * Assess risks associated with new and existing processes, recommending practical controls that support effective governance and delivery * Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, delivery planning and successful implementation of technology-enabled improvements * Present insights, recommendations and delivery options to senior stakeholders, helping inform decision-making and business priorities What You'll Bring * Experience leading business process discovery and process modelling activities to identify improvement, automation and transformation opportunities * Demonstrated capability managing multiple initiatives from concept through to delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement * Experience delivering automation, AI or technology-enabled business solutions that improve operational performance * Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions * Experience collaborating with technical delivery teams, including developers and cross-functional technology specialists * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and provide evidence-based recommendations What You'll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform, your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
