WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support and maintain existing business process automations across multiple Billing, Collections and Cash application teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, errors and omissions with workflows and source data.
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks and support issues.
• Support our community of ‘automates’, participating in local User Group training sessions and on-line Use Case build sessions.

What you will need to have:

• Experience in business process automation, data analytics, finance and/or similar discipline
• Experience in SQL, Relational database, Data transformation practical application and/or similar discipline
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications
• 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding
