Job Description ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Process Configuration Specialist for one of our clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels, to support the development and operation of corporate information systems that drive the client’s Digital Transformation and policy implementation. This role focuses on digital solutions particularly in the area of Structural Funds. You will be part of a team responsible for configuring and supporting workflows within the MyWorkplace tool, ensuring that business processes are implemented effectively and in line with strategic objectives. Role & Responsibilities Configuring the MyWorkplace platform based on detailed business and functional analysis documents. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into platform configurations. Providing application support for the MyWorkplace tool, including issue resolution, user assistance, and system monitoring. Ensuring that configured processes align with regulatory and operational requirements. Maintaining documentation of configurations, procedures, and support activities. Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital workflows and user experience. Qualifications Your profile Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Proficiency in English. Technical skills Experience configuring business process tools or workflow platforms (experience with MyWorkplace is a strong asset). Ability to interpret and implement configurations based on detailed analysis and specification documents. Familiarity with EU Structural Funds or Shared Management processes is highly desirable.
