Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE belongs to Adoption Services Center (ASC) focusing on Application Services for customers. We provide SLA-based, company-specific post-implementation-support, optimization, and improvements in the run phase for SAP solutions. Customers rely on 24/7 SAP expertise for all application related functional, security, development, and integration topics.
We are seeking a Process Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP Logistics for Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA/MEE within the CAS Family.

Your tasks are as follows:

  • Understand customer’s requirements and provide solutions
  • Implement changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture
  • Analyze and resolve application incidents
  • Plan and perform maintenance of customer systems
  • Identify potential improvements
  • Working on smaller projects during operations phase
  • Address customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner
