BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT:

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Business Process Consultant for a 6 month contract role. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Process Consultant will play a key role in a post-merger integration project, focusing on aligning internal processes with digital experience goals. The consultant will work on process analysis, transformation, and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between merging organizations.

BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5+ years in process analysis and review
  • Experience in post-merger integration or transformation
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV)
  • Experience in change management
  • Ability to align internal processes with digital experience goals
  • Experience in process simulation and scenario modeling
  • Proven workshop facilitation skills

BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in the merger or integration of companies
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional engagements
  • Familiarity with digital touchpoints and service models
  • Ability to resolve redundant or conflicting processes
  • Strategic alignment of customer journeys
