Title: Business Process & Data Analyst
Location: On-site only at our Villara Corporate Office in McClellan, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Process & Data Analyst develops AI-driven dashboards, builds Microsoft 365 workflow automations, and supports corporate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. This role blends data analytics, process optimization, and Lean implementation to drive measurable operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Proven experience using AI tools for analytics, automation, or process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong project coordination and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Background in construction or manufacturing.
• Experience with data modeling and systems integration.

• Build and maintain dashboards and AI-assisted reporting tools.
• Develop automated Microsoft 365 workflows to streamline operations.
• Collaborate on corporate CI projects and participate in Lean events.
• Use AI and machine learning tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Continuous Improvement department.
