Position Overview
The Business Process & Data Analyst plays a key role in driving Villara’s mission of innovation and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for developing insightful dashboards and reports, optimizing Microsoft 365 workflows, and supporting the implementation of Lean practices across the organization. This role is central to Villara’s ongoing digital transformation, leveraging AI-powered analytics and automation to enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to corporate Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, assist in facilitating Lean events, and provide administrative and analytical support to the CI department. This is a hands-on, onsite role where your work will directly impact Villara’s operational efficiency and customer experience.

Technical Responsibilities of the Job

  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Build, maintain, and optimize AI-driven dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Use AI-assisted analytics to uncover insights and patterns that guide business decisions.
  • Microsoft 365 Workflow Management
  • Develop AI-enhanced workflows to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support integrations between tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Assist in managing corporate CI projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support during Kaizens, 5S events, and other Lean activities.
  • Apply AI and machine learning tools to identify waste, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lean Implementation Support
  • Collaborate with CI team members to develop and maintain standard work documents, training materials, and visual management systems.
  • Support company-wide Lean initiatives, from process mapping to waste reduction efforts.
  • Administrative Support
  • Schedule meetings, organize workshops, and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Assist with CI-related documentation, reporting, and training logistics.

Required Training and Qualifications

  • Proven experience using AI tools and technologies to analyze data, automate workflows, or optimize processes.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of how AI integrates with Microsoft 365 ecosystems to enhance collaboration and efficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with data modeling and integrating datasets across systems.
  • Background in construction or manufacturing environments.

Education

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement credentials.
