We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Design & System Integration Manager to join our team. This role will focus on analysing, optimising, and streamlining business processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both business operations and DMS functionality, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend system-driven solutions that improve overall business performance.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience working with a DMS in a business analysis or process improvement capacity.
  • Experience in analysing and improving business processes, with a focus on technology solutions in the automotive sector.
  • A high level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills are essential for the role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map, analyse, and improve business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organisation.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work well as part of a team with previous coaching experience
  • Be self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process automation, system integration, and improvements within the ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes are aligned and configure the systems to meet organisational needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance DMS system use and streamline business processes across the dealerships.

  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process changes and monitor the ongoing performance of business workflows.

Training, Support & Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide training and support to business users on process improvements, DMS functionalities, and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
  • Document process workflows and DMS system configurations for training and reference purposes.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and process optimisation best practices to recommend continuous improvements
  • Promote a culture of process improvement within the organisation, driving efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
