Responsibilities

The Transformation Office is looking for an experienced Business Process Design Vice President to (a) understand relevant business objectives and processes; (b) move projects forward within a Design Thinking and/or DMAIC framework; (c) upskill Citco staff on different problem solving and process improvement approaches, tools and techniques; (d) lead introduction of design led thinking into our department and project approaches ; and (e) help define standard execution playbooks for our team of process managers to create consistent outputs on our engagements depending on size
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished leader to support our organization’s process excellence and user experience initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance user satisfaction by growing our community of practice, upskilling our staff and leading initiatives as needed. This leader will leverage their expertise in Design Thinking and relevant approaches to help lead the transformation of processes across our organization.
The Process Design Vice President will be part of the Transformation Office team under the direction of our Process Transformation team Leadership. They should be comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization, carrying out detailed work (leading engagements, facilitating workshops, managing staff, creating frameworks, driving change) and be both flexible and hardworking.
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business globally.
