You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team. How you will contribute You will: Regular support of the qualitative process of the Sales System functioning; Organization and coordination of processes to maintain data quality in the Sales system; Organization of control of Key Users of the desktop module, quality and completeness of synchronization of System directories (Sales Team and retail outlets); Support in the implementation of projects Sales through Sales System; Consult on various internal sales systems' related subjects, e.g. structure, digital possibilities; Proactively looking for new ways to increase sales efficiency Leading/coordinating master-data part of any cross-functional projects related to digitalization or quality of data; Status sharing on the weekly basis of Questionnaire / MSL / Price monitoring reports; What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Support of the completeness and quality of data in the Sales system, Projects aimed to efficiency growth University degree, preferably Technical, Science, etc. 1+ years in the field of technical support Ability to work with large data sets, analytical mindset, goal oriented Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel / Power Point Project Management Skills Support and creation of business and written communication, SQL, Russian - Advanced, English Intermediate Solid communication and problem solving skills (ability to listen and clearly explain their point of view or other material) Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure Relocation Support Available?
