We are currently seeking a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement modern digital workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, with a focus on process optimization across core business functions such as budgeting, contract management, and HR.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business process re-engineering or workflow automation.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience mapping and optimizing business processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Due to the secure nature of this government agency, all candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess a Public Tier 2 or the ability to obtain a Public Tier 2.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in hybrid or government-adjacent environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to automate manual workflows.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions for content management and workflow automation.
  • Integrate tools and platforms across Microsoft 365 and other enterprise data sources.
  • Conduct process analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users and support ongoing solution adoption.
