We are looking for a forward-thinking and technically fluent Business Process Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and optimization of end-to-end business processes.
This role is essential in bridging the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring that regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded into scalable, efficient, and future-ready processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and proven executor with a passion for driving change and innovation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in business process engineering or process improvement, with a track record of successful initiative execution.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and influence system architecture, data flows, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (Adonis, Lucidchart).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, FATCA).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Flexible and resilient, with the ability to drive change in complex environments.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating operational and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Understand and interpret second-line requirements from Compliance, AML, Tax, FATCA, and other regulatory functions, and translate them into clear business and system requirements.
  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Create and maintain process diagrams using Adonis and Lucidchart.
  • Identify process pain points and develop strategic, data-driven solutions.
  • Connect the dots between processes, systems, and data, ensuring alignment and traceability.
  • Perform data analysis and build dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Work with low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform to prototype and implement process solutions.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies such as AI, autonomous AI agents, and Copilots, and assess their impact on business processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive organizational change, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, fostering a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
