Job Purpose: The Business Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for establishing and governing internal standards for Business Process Management (BPM) across the TMICC GBS organization, leveraging BPMN 2.0 notation and other industry best practices. This role will play a critical part in supporting ERP system migration initiatives by ensuring accurate process modeling, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) and alignment with global standards and localization requirements. The individual will build and lead a team of process experts/modelers working in SAP Signavio, ensuring all processes are captured in a centralized repository, reflect global standards and adhere to company-wide taxonomy. The BPM team will define and enforce a standard approach for capturing lessons learned and embedding them into existing processes and work instructions. Knowledge about these processes will be documented, shared and made accessible across GBS. Additionally, the role will drive the development of new capabilities for TMICC GBS in process discovery, analytics and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with the Operational Excellence team to streamline and harmonize processes using methodologies such as Fit-Gap analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to address complexity and identify optimization opportunities. The GBS organization will partner key business functions including Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Customer Development and Sales, and Sustainability. A significant proportion of GBS roles will be based in one of our GBS hubs, with supporting spokes to be established in the Americas and Europe. Key areas of responsibilities: Establish and govern internal standards for Business Process Management (BPM) using BPMN 2.0 notation and best practices. Act independently to design and implement BPM capability from the ground up, bringing deep expertise and steering strategic initiatives to completion. Build and manage a centralized process repository in SAP Signavio, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with global standards. Ensure alignment of all process documentation with global standards while capturing localization needs for compliance and operational effectiveness. Maintain a global process taxonomy and ensure consistent naming conventions across all business units. Collaborate with IT and functional teams to integrate process insights into Functional and ERP system transformation initiatives. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure adoption and sustainability of BPM practices. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities through process mining and data-driven insights. Promote a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. Provide expert guidance during ERP system migration projects, ensuring process models, SOPs and Work Instructions are aligned with system design and business requirements. Develop new capabilities for process discovery and analytics, leveraging tools such as SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. Build, lead and mentor a team of process modelers to capture processes correctly, reflect global standards and incorporate localization requirements. Expand team capabilities in process automation, AI-driven analytics and integration with digital transformation initiatives. Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Operational Excellence teams using Lean tool and methodologies like Fit-Gap analysis, Problem solving and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Required knowledge, skills & experience Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Process Management, including building BPM capability from the ground up. Demonstrate proven track record in ERP transformation projects (preferably SAP S/4HANA). Have hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub). Show strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process modeling best practices and governance frameworks. Bring expertise in process mining, analytics and continuous improvement methodologies. Be familiar with Lean and enterprise architecture principles (appropriate certification a plus). Exhibit strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
