EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in one of the following sectors/roles: Fleet management companies; Logistics/Transport; Process management and review; Operational quality; Process consulting.

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Process design; Project management; Business case; Proficiency in using complex IT systems.

INTERPERSONAL & COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Analytical approach; Problem-solving; Effective communication; Entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

The position is focused on the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate standard operating processes aimed at ensuring effective operations for the business, contracts, and projects within the Car as a Customer division. Example activities include the implementation of proximity hubs, scalability of B2B2C operating models, development of new transportation solutions, design of remarketing processes, outlining quality procedures for clients and services, coordinating order-to-cash processes for new clients, integrating new clients into IT systems, and creating reporting and KPIs to support operations, management, and periodic business reviews with clients.

  • Define and standardize operational processes for the Single-Unit Network and Mobility & Fleet Management products.
  • Develop and update KPI reporting tools to monitor operations.
  • Lead technical studies and business cases (including location definition, service implementability, capacity sizing, etc.) to create a proximity hub network.
  • Define end-to-end standards to support the creation of new service offerings (e.g., Remarketing, Refurbishment, Jockeyage, etc.).
  • Knowledge of operational IT tools, both to implement them correctly in the processes for managing new clients and to extract valuable information for the development of the Car as a Customer division.
  • Design processes and operational solutions for new clients, combining client needs and CEVA’s available industrial assets.
  • Support in drafting quotes and commercial offers, defining appropriate pricing in relation to the required operational setup.
  • Continuous review of internal processes within the Car as a Customer division with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Coordination with similar roles at the central level and in other CEVA group countries to promote the exchange of ideas, solutions, and best practices.
  • Support in the implementation of new clients to ensure compliance with best practices.
