Responsibilities

As the Business Process Expert (BPE) Payroll, will be an integral part of our company’s global payroll target operating model strategy implementation.
You will be accountable to consolidate, plan, steer, and manage Payroll and Time & Attendance related projects and programs (eg. organizational and system transitions and implementations) in Employee Services, both within delivery and functional solution. The focus will be on Payroll and Time Germany projects and initiatives.
You will also be part of various global projects and program teams and ensure that the needs and deliverables of Employee Services are carefully and properly considered in the relevant programs and projects.
Your main responsibilities involve collaborating on the planning, coordination, and execution of Payroll and Time & Attendance projects within the extended Employee Services environment. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing and managing project deliverables, resources, and risks. In addition, you will monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Furthermore, fostering a collaborative and inclusive project environment to promote knowledge sharing and teamwork is a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure successful project outcomes. Lastly, you are responsible for ensuring continuous improvement and harmonization of Payroll and Time processes globally in collaboration with your BPE colleagues, related GPO units, external providers, and the delivery.
This is a global role with focus on Time and Attendance as well as Payroll in Germany.
You will report to the Global Process Owner Payroll who has the ownership of all global Payroll and Time & Attendance processes.
